Whatโ€™s on the Menu? ๐Ÿฏ Besan Ladoo โ€“ A delicate, nutty, and fragrant chickpea flour sweet, slow-roasted in ghee and flavored with cardamom, then shaped into melt-in-your-mouth spheres. ๐Ÿฉ Gluten-Free Gulab Jamun โ€“ Soft, pillowy dumplings made with milk solids and gluten-free flour, fried until golden, then soaked in a warm, spiced saffron and rosewater syrup. ๐Ÿฅฅ Coconut Barfi โ€“ A rich and chewy coconut fudge infused with cardamom, finished with a touch of saffron and a sprinkle of crushed pistachios. Zi Spice Cooking Class Booking Policy Thank you for booking a cooking class with Zi Spice! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review our booking policies below: Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the class. Spaces are limited, and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class start time are eligible for a full credit towards a future class. No cash refunds will be issued. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation have already been arranged. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family memberโ€”just notify us in advance. Class Changes & Cancellations by Zi Spice In rare cases where Zi Spice must cancel or reschedule a class, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to transfer to another class or receive a full refund. Zi Spice reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or emergencies. Class Guidelines Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may miss important instructions. Cooking involves standing, active participation, and handling kitchen equipmentโ€”please dress comfortably and wear closed-toe shoes. All ingredients used are not guaranteed to be allergen-free.
