Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1 tablespoon adaptogen blend (Ashwagandha, Chamomile Rhodiola, Tulsi, and Vanilla)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup sugar (optional, adjust based on the sweetness of blueberries)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for a slight tang)


Instructions:

Prepare the Blueberries:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the blueberries and sugar (if using).

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the blueberries break down and the mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let it cool. Once cooled, you can either leave the mixture chunky or blend it for a smoother texture.


Whip the Cream:

  • In a large bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. This should take about 3-4 minutes on high speed.

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a separate large bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and adaptogen blend until well combined.

  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream too much.

  • Fold in the blueberry mixture, mixing just enough to create swirls of blueberry throughout the ice cream base.

Freeze the Ice Cream:

  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.

  • Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.


Serve:

  • Before serving, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
